Why We Do

While negotiators continue their commitment on Doha Round, people in poor countries will get little out of any agreement at the World Trade Organization (WTO) Miniterial Conference in Geneva. The deal protects the interests of rich countries including the United States and the European Union, while its position on the demands of poor countries is at best ambiguous. Indonesian CSOs, mass organization, peasant organization, and labor organization, gather in one coalition to reject WTO negotiations, deals, and green room processes.
