This sign on letter that has been put together by a large number of groups within the OWINFS network, both in the south and north working and following services negotiations.

The deadline for the tabling of revised offers is ending today (May 2005). This letter addresses the concerns as regards the dangers of services liberalization, and the current dynamics such as the attempt to change the process. The letter also tries to emphasis other aspects/and areas other than public services and to highlight the impacts of services liberalization for agriculture and industrial development.

The letter will be sent to delegations in Geneva and shall be used also by cso groups for lobbying work at the capital level.
